MDGF - Copy account

Hi,

I am trying to copy one account into another from the "Entity Search" application, but the "Copy" option is disabled:

I tried to enable this option from the enhacement spot USMD_SEARCH without success. Single account creation and mass change are working fine.

Any idea about this issue?

Which MDG version you are using?

If it is MDG7 FP02 please check Event ID and logical action assigned to Copy button in toolbar schema as per below

The MDG version is 6.1.

The application seems to be generic:

Application Application: USMD_ENTITY_SEARCH Application Configuration: USMD_ENTITY_SEARCH Application Component: CA-MDG-AF

Start Component Component: FPM_OIF_COMPONENT Component Configuration: USMD_ENTITY_SEARCH_OIF Component Customizing: USMD_ENTITY_SEARCH_OIF Application Component: BC-WD-CMP-FPM

Please check whether the Copy options is part of the roles? If the activity is not added in the role, then all these buttons will be disable.

My user have all the MDGF roles assigned, how can I check this?

Hello Roberto

Go to PFCG - give the role name - go to the master data - and check the activity.

Ask your security team to find out what all activities selected.

I have '*' in the activity authority object. The activity values are:

01 Create or generate

02 Change

03 Display

06 Delete

Hi,

Finally we have configured a new menu option with the account specific application MDGF_OG_OVP_FI_ACCOUNT (WD component FPM_ADAPTABLE_OVP -> WD App MDGF_OVP_GEN), instead the generic one, and it works fine.
