custom transaction type is not visible in create followup in ITSM

Hi

I have up-graded solman 7.0 to 7.1 sp12 and facing one issue while creating incident from satellite system.

when I create incident from satellite system it goes to solution manager ITSM and while I attempt to forward for normal change request the ZMMJ or ZMCR is not visible.

Hi Prakash,

Have you done the new ZMIN setup as you have upgrade you need to finish that setup.

Post completing ZMIN you need to create copy control

source zmin

target zmcr

I will do that and let you know. I configured CHARM only and as per your suggestion it seems I have to finish ITSM configuration as well.
