Hi Experts,

We have requirement to set up Loan type for vehicle misuse fine and it will be same as trafiic fine they are using it.

We have copied WT for traffic fine and accommodated in PCR ZLOZ for vehicle misuse fine, still while running payroll for one employee to test, it's throwing below error.

"no entry in table T512W for key AE 2LRP"  We are not even using 2LRP.

Please see attached  screenshot and guide me what we are missing here.

I wud really appreciate your help,

Rajvi

Hi Viraj,

Create 2LRP wage type coping from /LRP wage type. I think that will resolve your issue.

Thanks

Thanks everybody for your help.

As per your input I have checked everywhere in v_512w_d or PC30, its not anywhere.

However as per Rabir, when I copied /LPR to 2LPR, PY error got disappeared.

Thanks Rabir indeed. But do we still need to copy this 2LRP is we are not using it to get rid of error?

I have one more question, How would I map new WT in Payslip for Loan?

e.g. 5162 to 5165 are added in schema ZLOZ and maintained for test records, but its not coming up in RT and Payslip. We are using PE51.

While I run payroll for test employee now 2LRP is coming up as 100 in RT for Loan repayment while 5065 is there already. Similar to 5063 and 5065 we want to display  WT5163 and 5165 for veh misuse and not coming up. Please see attached screen shots.

What is needed to be done to display 5163-Loan balance and 5165-Repayment instead of 2LRT in Payroll results and Payslip accordingly.

Appreciate your input.

To have a WT end up in the RT, check it's Cumulation Classes 03, 20 and 41 (could be others also, depending on your Country Code and where its gets cumulated in your schema).

You can't have a WT in the Payslip until it is in the RT.  Then, search discussion threads related to PaySlip or Remuneration Statement, and t-code pe51.

Thanks Remi,

Yes It should be in RT first, but it puzzled us why its coming up as 2LRP in RT instead of 5165.

However, we were dependent on documentation where pcr zloz meant to be changed, however for some reason they have commented out this in main schema and created zlo1, so it was not reflecting. Now it's coming up correct.

Thanks everybody for your help, solve it with all your inputs.

Sure Tania,

Please find attached screenshots for Input RT and processing. We have not created WT2LRP so not sure why we are getting this error.

we have /LRP custom WT 5165 for repayment. amount seems correct based on IT0045.

Just error for payroll run 2LRP not sure.

Your help much appreciated.

2LRP is probably getting generated internally. You need to go through the payroll log to find out the step where this wage type gets generated. Start upwards from the point where the error is thrown. You can probably search for the P0045 function, click on It in the input and then click on It in the output. If the IT in input does not contain the wage type 2LRP but the IT in output contains the wage type, that means that is the step where the wage type is generated. Send me a screenshot once you find it.

Your Input Table shows WT 2LRP, but the error message indicates that the WT does not exist in table T512W on 2013/03/31.

Try to identify where WT 2LRP gets generated in your schema, and check if WT 2LRP exists in table T512W on that date. Last but not least, check the value of Processing Class 30 for WT 2LRP in table view V_512W_D.
