Hello Experts;
When i create a maintenance notification using IW21,The responsible and list name
collumns are greyed out in the task tab. I need two collumns to be editable. is that possible?
Best Regards,
Mário Araújo
Hello Mário,
It is controlled from SPRO Tcode OIAL.
OR
spro path:
Plant Maintenance and Customer Service > Maintenance and Service Processing > Maintenance and Service Notifications > Notification Creation > Notification Types > Set Field Selection for Notifications > Field Selection for Maintenance Notifications.
Now,
If you are finding this greyed-out fields in all Notification types, then you need to change the following settings in initial screen itself. If it is the case of a particular Notification Type then use Influencing button in the initial screen and Gvie Notification Type > Press Enter button > and then do the following settings.
As per your problem description, the fields you named are in Disp setting, which you need to change to Input as shown below.:

Hello Mário,
Looks like we have a clue here in the bottom most post of this thread (I haven't yet verified.): 'Responsible' and 'List Name' Columns Greyed out
Yes, we have to verify this area of Assigning PDP to Notification type as discussed here too: Responsible field greyed out in IQS1 transaction

Hello Jogeswara,
Thanks for fast reply.
I´ve tryed already the instructions of first link and it doesn´t work. The second one is not what i´m looking for.
Let me tell you some things:
- Both collums are displayed to QM notification so, the problem is just in PM Notification;
- When i try to insert transaction code or notification type, this warning appears:
This value does not influence.
would be necessary insert this value in some table?

Hello Mário,
I've confirmed that if the following field is blank in the SPRO settings then this happens.
SPRO path
Plant Maintenance and Customer Service > Maintenance and Service Processing > Maintenance and Service Notifications > Notification Creation > Partners > Define Partner Determination Procedure and Partner Function > Assign Partner Functions to Notification Type
Good luck
