Cannot logoff from BI Launchpad BO 4.1

BO 4.1 on RHEL. Cluster environment. Web tier - Tomcat + Apache.

Cannot logoff from BI Launchpad.

Suddenly last week clicking on logoff brings be the logon right away.

SSO with SAML assertion and header variables are read by BO. There was no problem for 6 months and last week suddenly logoff stopped working.

We have a URL.EXIT on BIlauncpad.properties and it points to an external xyz.company logoff page. Apparently the logoff button on BI is redirecting the user back into BI launchpad and never letting logout.Any ideas?

Got Same problem ,resolved as below

Restarted all the servers in CCM

Removed Browser cookies

Hi,

we had the same issue with WinAD SSO. Restarting Tomcat was only a workaround. This SAP Note solved it for us:  2076064 - User is not able to Logoff when AD SSO is enabled after using a Folder link URL
