Problem generating Dashboard with a size greater to 3mb

Hi everyone. I have an issue with a dashboard file. I have made an excel file which has all the data to show in the Dashboard. But I do not know why the file loses its format (background color, align, etc.) and don't allow me make preview or save in the platform when the file is greater to 3mb. Can you please give some guidelines to solve my issue?  My Dashboard version is 6.0.5.0 with SP5 and the build is 14,0,5,882. MS Excel Plus Professional 2010  32 bits, BI Platform Client Tools 14.0.5.882 with SP5 and Pacth 14.0.5.957 and Windows 7 SP1 64 bits.

Beyond the setup please take the data on the summarized level. Try to reduce the manual calculations,formula and the no of components. If you have used more than 10 connections obviously the dashboard is going to take down on performance.

Hi Suman. Thanks for your answer. Let me check yours link. By the way, I am not using any connection. I am using only the excel file with summarized data with some 10 sheets. I have some formulas, anything of confusing operations, only validations with "if".

OK, if you have BO suite then as a workaround take those excel sheets to webi and then connect to the dashboard. Hope webi can accommodate those calculations easily.

Hello again Suman. I have bad news. I reduced a big amount of formulas to the excel and the result is the same. I used your suggestion to use the webi but it's not factible, take a worst format and not works for my requeriment. have you another idea?

Looking at your design it seems that you have taken unstructured huge data inside the dashboard, this will always going to trouble your dashboard. Please a reporting tool to do the calculations & lookup bring the required into the dashboard. Still if the requirement is high to show the entire information into the dashboard means please split the dashboard with the help of functional team to get the clear understanding.
