Domain Link RFC Not working from Satellite system

Hi Experts,

We are configuring CHaRM and we have connected other domains
with the Solution Manager Domain SM1.

Example 

X11 - X22 - X33 is a Landscape with X11 as Domain Controller

we created Domain link between Solution manager
SM1 and  X11 .

Here is the problem ,

From Solution manager to domain X11 all rfc are workign fine including Satellite system of domain X11

But from Satellite system X22 and X33 rfc pointing to Solution manager are not working . Passwod of TMSADM of SM1 is not getting saved properly .

And We cant run report  TMS_UPDATE_PWD_OF_TMSADM     because in Solution manager we have 4 other domain added and this report is not relible for large number of system.

Please help .
