Why Error "Posting Balance Not Cleared (Period 10 / 2015) A ?

Dear All,

My Period is 10/2015 (01.01.2016 TO 31.01.2016).

I have Completed the payroll process 1) Release Payroll , 2) Start Payroll , 3) Exit Payroll However when i run the transaction code PC00_M99_CPIE to create posting documents.I get the errors mentioned in the attachment "Posting Balance Not Cleared (Period 10 / 2015) A".

If I am correct I Understand that this is a balance difference between Balance sheet and Profit & Loss A/c. I am unable to figure how to check the balance difference within Payroll itself. Is there any tables which I can check to reconcile the balance.
