Work Order Push in WM6.2 on SMP 3.0

Hi Experts,

We have configured push definitions in custom WM6.2 application on SMP 3.0 to push the high priority work orders into the device.

Below are the steps performed:

1. Created custom BAPI Wrapper and assigned push MDO

2. Customized push class handlers,Java classes and updated the corresponding mappings in configpanel

3. Customized push scenario definitions in configpanel

4.Customized the service event Work order push HTTP Listener,updated work order push steplet to point custom java class,modified transmit configuration settings in Agentry editor

But high priority orders are not pushed into the device.When verified the logs in SMP server, encountering an error in Work order push steplet.

Kindly suggest how to proceed further.

Work Oder push configuration is standard in work manager.

Have you implemented java steplet for you custom class.

Hi,

We have customized the functionality to push high priority work orders to device based on operation level work center.We have developed custom class handler,bapi wrapper,step handler,steplets and done the corresponding mappings in configpanel and editor.

But still the high priority orders are not pushed to the device.
