Agentry User Name Fetch

Hi All,

I am working on Syclo SAP CRM Service Manager 4.2 Customization. I am logging to the app thru Agentry Client. I want the show the User name / id in the App. The User id used for login.

How can i fetch that User ID inside the App?

Divya,

You can have a field on the screen that has an update rule that will access the user id through the USERID system function.  That will return the ID the user entered at login.
