Change reciepient in CLM mail notifications

Hello,

I have a requirement to address mail recipients as first_name, last_name in all e-mails sent out from CLM.

The global token selects only first name. Please suggest how to achieve the requirements.

Hello Bandita,

You can only achieve that for custom emails (by adding First, Last into one of the custom tokens).

For system generated emails there is no standard possibility of adding in extra tokens or changing the existing ones.

There is, on the other hand, a commercial add-on for Sourcing that converts even standard emails into full-HTML (with possibility of adding extra tokens, custom extensions, logos etc). If you are interested in more information about this, please send me an email.
