I've finally been able to expose custom properties to a Lumira visualization extension by following the tutorial here:
Visualization Extension Plugin for SAP Web IDE Guide
My question is this - Does this only apply to the 'VISUALIZATION PROPERTIES' area in the 'Compose' room? Is there any way to also expose it in the toolbar or elsewhere in the 'Visualize' room? Is there a special property zone or something else that I'm missing?
Michael,
You are right, Visualization properties apply only at the Compose room. You can vote at this idea if you wish Visualization Properties for Extensions in Visualize tab

Hello.
The idea on SAP IdeaPlace is still in Submitted mode, but do you have an idea if this will be in 1.29? Or any time soon? Or hackable?

Mike/Shankar ,
If you aware can you please point me to any samples where custom properties are implemented,
other than from the Sample bar chart example which is in the web IDE guide.
Basically I'm looking for slider, date picker and text box controls.
Thanks
