Can we turn off export feature for reports and WC completely for specific role?

To disable export to excel on work centers, do the following:
1. Navigate to Administrator work center and click on Business Role
2. Choose a business role that you'd like to edit
3. Click on Fields and Actions tab
4. Navigate to Business Action Restrictions and search for keyword "Excel"
5. Add all entries (see screenshot)
Disabling this action on reports is currently not supported. However, it is on our roadmap.

yes you can for example set a business action restriction XLS_CRM_ACC_ADD_LIST which will prevent the business role to download account lists to excel.
you find this in the business role settings under fields and actions
