Having Problem with Vision Reports for SAP Business one

Hi

we are currently using the vision software to create our monthly reports from SAP, which has been working fine up till today. for one of our entities,vision cannot find any information at all, even though invoices, receipts and journals have been entered there. we cannot find any information on this, or any reason why it cannot extract any information.

has anyone else had any issues like this, or able to help?
