" Auto Populate of Change Manager in CHARM Based on Categorization Schema"

HI Experts,

I am in Middle of CHARM Implementation, We have a Client Requirement, Based on the Category 1, In Categorization Schema, Change Manager need to be Auto Populated. Is it Possible to achieve This Via Customization or We need to go for Development??

For Example: Category 1 = Sales, Then Sales Stream Change Manager Should Get Auto populated in the Change Manager Field.

If Category 1 = Procurement, The Procurement Stream Change Manager Should get Populated in the Change Manager Field.

Any Pointers to Achieve This task, will be of great Help.

Hi Mujeeb,

This can be achieved by using BRF+ functionality.

Customization would be enough.Below link is good place to start and finish the job

You can make changes to the decision table based on which level of category you want the CM to be determined.
