IDT 4.1 on Function Module does not refresh and no inherited parameters

Hi there,

I have connected ABAP Function Module to IDT 4.1 SP5. I don't see the parameters or the list of values inherited under the parameters and LOV's tab.And the universe is not getting refreshed when refresh structure is selected on data foundation.Any inputs
