Request you to please help where can we define the same.
Regards
Rahul
Hi Rahul,
yes, once you have defined your data delivery agreement, you would also need to define the file sets in the customizing.
1) You need to go to Transaction : /DDF/FILESET , create a new entry for the file set definition and add your data delivery agreement to this file set definition.
2) Next select this file set definition and go to the File definition under it. There you define your files which you would be uploading. The important this here is the File pattern and an example would be "CATT++++++++++.loc" for the location file. The files iin your inbound folder should be of the same pattern.
You need to define these for each file : location, product, sales, stock, name-value pairs, etc. The finalize will be a mandatory file here to check for completeness of the files.
3) Once you have done it, you need to slect each file and assign data sets to these files (finalize file does not need this). These data sets have to be first defined in the Data delivery agreement creation customizing.
Once you have done all this, you should be able to activate the Data delivery agreements.
