KPI Modeler - Manage authorization and Visualization

Hi All,

I'm configuring the KPI tiles in KPI Modeler and when come to the step to add evaluation, there's a part to assign user/role in the authorization. When i click on it, I'm not able to see any records for me to select. I'm expecting it should be able to show user id(s) or roles available in HANA side, am i right? Any idea what is missing?

Besides, i try to manage visualization but apparently the page is blank and with the below error where I check from F12:

All necessary steps including web dispatcher already setup accordingly. Kindly help on this.
