SICF Service: Buttons don't respond in Portal

Hi,

We've created a service in SICF for PR05_ESS.

The same is being accessed via Portal as an iView.

In SICF, the service works Ok with the buttons responding fine.

However; in Portal, the buttons on the screen do not respond...even in

IE 9, Chrome or Firefox.

Portal version is 7.4 SP7

Backend ECC system too is on Netweaver 740 SP 7.

We've checkd Maya Amit's blog...checked all the rendering Notes, but nothing's helped.

The buttons just refuse to respond......

Please help advise.

Any errors in console. can you check this in  'F12 - Developer tools'?

Hello Etay,

Symptom 2 in the Note talks about exactly what we see...but we're already on 7.42 patch 113 for our R/3 backend kernel.
