Hello,


I'm facing the same problem like these guys (). We have configured the SAP Web Dispatcher, assigned the HANA authorizations with the exception of "sap.hba.tools.auth.roles::AnalyticsAuthorizationDeveloper" and "AnalyticsAuthorizationAdministrator" because they does not exist. I also have assigned the catalogs, groups and roles to my user with exception of  the catalog "/UI2/SAP_KPIFRW5_TC_R" because this one does not exist.

Can anyone please help?

How do I check wheter the Web Dispatcher configuration is working fine or not?

Can you also add the Headers from the error line. It indicates above that the service from the url is not available.

    3. And I've checked the configuration which you have sent me. In transaction /iwfnd/maint_service the service sd_sofm_invoice_srv does not exist. Furthermore in transaction pfcg the role "SAP_SD_TCR_FSA" does not exist.

This is of Web Dispatcher or Gateway? It has to be of Web Dispatcher and you have to configure routing rules to HANA.

Hello experts,

we were able to solve this problem. After a meeting with our basis we figured out that the Web Dispatcher wasn't installed. That is why we decided to use Apache Web Server and configured there an Reverse Proxy. Now the KPI Modeler is working fine on a local machine.

One last question: If we decide to configure the SAP Web Dispatcher do we need to configure a Single Sign On?
