Shopping Cart reappears in Approver Inbox after approval

Hi Guys,

Our SRM version is 7.02. Now we have configured UWL for approval in portal. Now we are reviewing a shopping cart in UWL and approving it. After approval the shopping cart disappears from approver queue as expected. But within minutes, the approver gets a notification mail for the same shopping cart for approval again. When you login and check your inbox, the same shopping cart is present in UWL and in awaiting approval status. Also this issue is occurring only for some shopping carts not for all.

Please help me in resolving this issue.

Hi Madhu

Did you check the approval logic .. is the Shopping cart coming back for the same approval level

or maybe the approver is configured for 2 levels of approval ..

and that is why he gets it in the inbox twice ..

If you are in SRM PCW Try to put a break point below

if you are in SRM ACW  then put a breakpoint in BBP_WFL_SECURITY badi ..

Also after you face this issue in the SC ..what do you see in the workflow log does it show the approver approved it 2 times .Also I suggest to raise a note to SAP simultaneously
