"SAP Support Knowledge Search for SAP Sybase" never returns any reults


If I hit any issue, especially for older servers, my first check is the solved cases on for similar issues.

However, every time I look for anything via the new portal it never returns any rows anymore.

Searching via KBA usually only returns Target CR lists, which is not sufficient at all.

Do you experience the same issue?

Anybody knows how to search the old "Solved Cases"
