Thin Client CTI Integration for C4C

Hi C4C Community,

Is anyone aware of a thin client CTI implementation for C4C?  It seems all of the integrations I've seen are based on the Silverlight CTI Adapter thick client approach.  Is anyone doing a completely thin client approach, perhaps using an HTML5 based softphone instead?

Regards,

Tony

Hi,

CTI Implementation without the CTI Adapter is expected to be part of 1508 Release.

Hi Anthony,

Go to http://help.sap.com/cloud4customer

In the What's New section, click on the English document

On the left, expand Upgrade Information for Administrators

Under Service, you'll find Embedded CTI Support

Please note that the ability to enable CTI integration without using the local adapter is currently only supported when using SAP Contact Center (formerly BCM) as the telephony infrastructure.  In order to set up the integration, you'll have to work with BCM experts to deploy their widgets and determine the correct URL.

Kind regards,

Gab

Thanks Gabriele!  That's helpful information!  So AMC has an HTML5 CTI Toolbar that supports our drivers for Cisco, Avaya, and Aspect CTI.  Do you have any information on how AMC could utilize our own toolbar for those customers that don't prefer SAP CC?

Tony
