Incomplete control parameter for commmunication with the BW system

Whenever I try to load data into BW from R/3 system by starting the job for full load, I see the error in the R/3 system (WE02) which is "Incomplete control parameter for commmunication with the BW system". Does anybody have clue on this problem?
