Dear Experts,
Greetings!
Can anyone guide me how to delete the technical name (process name) in the header section of the Form that display in the portal. Tried with this links, but not of any help. Editing Text in the Header Area - HCM Processes and Forms - SAP Library
Please suggest.
Regards,
Shankar
That "header" is simply a combination of things depending on you HCM P&F configuration.
<Process Name> for <start object type> : <selected object name>
This applies to both PA and PD processes. For example, I have a PD process that shows as...
Change Organizational Unit for Organizational Unit: GVS-Testing
so in your case for your PA process, it is...
YBLAHBLAH_MEDICAL_CLAIM for Employee: Test2 Emp Child2
So it looks like you are using your Process ID also as you Process Name (happens by default when you create a process and you should change it). This is done on the process "root" node (version/validity date independent settings) in HRASR_DT as Siddharth is asking about above.

Just curious...why would you want to do this? It is the employee's name (in the case of a PA process) or the org object title/name (for PD/OM processes). This helps the "processor" as a "check" that they are working in the correct process for the correct person/object.
If you still MUST do this, follow the instructions....you will have to enhance/modify the FPM config.
What is maintaind in HRASR_DT for this process name
