Hello,
I received this email today from SAP saying "Tenant Certificate is going to expire soon".
There are no instructions on action that must be taken. Can anyone please tell me what I am suppose to do?
Our C4C system is not integrated with any other system.
Thanks
Belinda
Cause :
Whenever the tenant certificate is due to be renewed from the operations end,
these emails are triggered to the customer.
We have a background job which will keep a check on the validity period of tenant certificate. This job runs at the start of every month and if the tenant certificate is going to expire in next 60 days.
Then it will automatically renew the certificate and triggers the notifications saying that the 'Tenant Certificate has been renewed'.
If the expiration date is between 60-90 days from the job run date then, it will trigger the notification saying that the 'Tenant Certificate is going to expire soon'. The reason for the second notification is to intimate the customer that the certificate will be renewed at the next run.
Resolution
This is an expected system behavior. No action has to be taken from the customer.

Hi

This job runs at the start of every month and if the tenant certificate is going to expire in next 60 days then it will renew the certificate and triggers the notifications saying that the 'Tenant Certificate has been renewed'. If the expiration date is between 60-90 days from the job run date then it will trigger the notification saying that the 'Tenant Certificate is going to expire soon'. The reason for the second notification is to intimate the customer that the certificate will be renewed at the next run. This is the reason the reported notification went to the customers.
I have faced this issues before and got it clarified from SAP as well.

Logan
