I am working in Crystal reports to modify an E2 report. I would like to modify different fields and I have to pull from our company database. The problem is our database is stored on a shared server. Can I access the database without knowing the server username and password? Or is there another way around this?
You don't need the username and password for the server machine. However, you will need a username and password to connection to the database - the report will also need this in order to be able to run.
