SAP C4S Responsive UI - Service Work Center

We have been looking at Responsive UI for use with Service > Employee Support. However on accessing the console, there is no Service Work Center present and no means to access the Employee Support Ticketing queue. In HTML5, this is visible.

Is this now supported ? and if so how do we enable its visibility?

If not, when will it become supported?

Work center comparison between HTML UI and RUI (Responsive UI) is NOT right.
The work center comparison should be between Tablet UI and RUI, because RUI only supports the UI that could be currently seen in tablets.

Can you please check if there is Service Work Center assigned to the user in the url below

From initial tests, it seems to suggest Employee Support is not yet available in RUI / Tablet. Would this be right?
