SNP Planned Order Start date differs from ECC

Hi, We have an issue, where there's a difference in start date of SNP Planned Order compared to ECC.   On analysing, the Resource Consumption Fixed in SNP PDS it shows 288000 Seconds, which converts to 80 Hours

In ECC, the resoure is avialable for 8 Hours per day, so it needs 10 days, whereas in APO, SNP bucket capacity is 24 hours, so it takes only 4 days.

So the start date in ECC is 6 days earlier compared to APO.

How can we correct this?  Can it be done via changing the behaviour of SNP PDS or when Saving the Heursitics?  Which BADI should be used to sort out this issue

Regards,

Bhavesh

Hello,

Planned orders that are assigned to the SNP in SAP APO were subjected to detailed scheduling in the SAP R/3 System

Check the CIFORD01 enhancement use function module exit EXIT_SAPLCORD_002 to change detailed data of the order

Hi Bhavesh,

is there a reason why you have a difference in availability of the labour between ECC and APO? the obvious would to restrict the availability of the labour resource in APO as well.

Hi Arjen,  This is actually a Quality resource which has fixed duration.

In the example the duration in the operation is 288,000, which converts to 80 hours.  Although the SNP bucket capacity is 8 hours per day, in the PDS, instead of showing 10 days, it is showing up 4 days.

Calculation should work as below = 288,000 seconds / 3600 = 80 Hours.

80 Hours / 8 hours per day = 10 days.

So SNP Fixed consumption should show up 10 days instead of 4 days.

Not sure why SNP PDS is not checking the available SNP Bucket Capacity, instead assuming 24 hours available??
