Vendor Name different in PO Print Preview and Vendor Master

Dear All,

In the PO Print Preview, Vendor Name and Address is displayed. The Vendor name was recently changed however in the Print Preview the old name is being displayed.

Analysis Done -

The PO was debugged to check the source and the Vendor name is being picked up from the Table -  ADRC. When checked in the table - ADRC the old name is displayed. However, ADRC sources the data from Vendor Master and the vendor master contains the new name. Hence i am unable to determine why is the old name being displayed in the PO print preview even though the name has been changed.

Check the Purchase order Header tab - Address . Can you see the old address there ?

Yes, The Vendor Address still shows the old name and address. Is it that the PO was created as a Copy of the old one and hence the error?

Yes, possible. If you create a purchase order copy from an existing purchase order, then all details (along with address tab) will be copied to new purchase order.

Or it may possible if your user will change the address in purchase order's header manually.
