Hi,

I Have Created Users and assigned Necessary Rights But In BI Launch When ever User Open the Webi Report option Send To Email or Inbox or FTP are in Disable Mode Screen Shots attached for Reference could you Please Help On this.

Addition of this grant these rights on webi application.

Application rights for 'Web Intelligence':

'Desktop interface - send by mail'

'Documents - enable publish and manage content as web service'

These rights you have enabled on the Application->Web Intelligence for the required user/usergroup?

or you are enabling these rights in custom access level and same access level is using on BI lanuch Pad/Web Intelligence application security assignment.

Hi,

I have Created View and Input Control Custom Access Levels I have assigned the same to Both Launch Pad and Rich Client,I will Wait For a while because sometimes it takes some time to reflect changes if anything Else Kindly Let me know I will try that also.

In the custom access level grant "Schedule to Destinations" under the General section.

General; Type: General; Right Name: Schedule to Destinations

It will work.

Email Destination In ADP  is For  Scheduling Webi Reports to Email but I am Asking About In Web intelligence Send To With Mail Symbol It Is in Disable Position While I am Using Admin ID It Is Enable for End User Id's It Is in Disable Position Screen Shot Attached for Reference.Kindly Confirm Is there any Relation Destination In ADP with This Option.
