AJS Configuration

Hello All,

I read some SAP notes that we donot need to split Adaptive Job server like APS. In our environment, we have lot's of WEBi , Crystal Jobs runs everyday about 1500+. We have 2 clustered systems which share the load. How do I need to configure AJS ? How much RAM do I need to specific for this to handle load of 1500+ jobs per day. On existing 3.1 system , we had 5 job servers created on each node.

Splitting the AJS is not recommended in 4.0/4.1 , Instead increse the maximum concurrent jobs property.

4.x is a 64 bit product. It would be safe to increase number of concurrency in CR scheduling server properties (maximum concurrent no jobs - default value 5) rather then creating multiple services for increasing concurrency in scheduling.
