Call custom BO Action from outside that BO

Hi,

I need to update the column of a custom BO on the save of appointment.

So, from the before save event of .xbo object, I am trying to access the action of custom BO to update the field inside it.

Since the fields of custom BO are showing as read only from inside the .xbo object, I am trying this approach.

But, the action is not visible from the instance of custom BO inside the .xbo object.

Can you please help?

Is you custom BO in the same Deployment Unit as of Appointment?
