AS91 Legacy Data Upload at the end of Fiscal Year

Hello Gurus,

We are uploading the legacy asset master (using tcode AS91), for the takeover date say 31.03.2015 (that is the fiscal year end date as well).

But when we are trying to see the values in asset explorer or asset history sheet, no values, not even APC or accumalated deprciation is shown for the FY - 2014, all the values can be seen for 2015 and thereafter. Am I missing any configuration. Please help me in the same.

Hi Saurabh,

Yes, it wont show in FY 2014. It is a standard behavior of the system.

Thanks, but this note address to the assets whoes useful life has expired. But inmy case that is not the case. So is it any how possible to see the balances in 2014. Please let know.

Hi Saurabh,

Unfortunately I am unable to find any note on this subject. However, if you check the table ANLC which will not show the legacy data for the year 2014. So this is the reason it wont show the details in AW01N.
