403 access denied in gateway system(HUB Architecture)

Deal All,

I created an odata project(using SEGW transaction) in backend system(HCM/HR).

Then I registered the service in HUB Gateway system.

The service got registered successfully.

But when the service is called via gateway client(transaction /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE ) there is an error as:

403 Access denied

You do not have the permissions to access this resource

Error is logged with Tag: {001f7419}

I checked the error log but there are no errors.

Any valuable suggestions on this will be highly appreciated.

Can you show a screenshot of error and URL?

Also check SU53 in your Hub system.

There seems to be are couple of problems.

When you activated the OData service, you did not have the authorization (seeing the log), so the activation seems to be partial. So I would suggest to get complete access to /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE, and reactivate the service.

W.R.T your previous reply, I got the required roles/access.

I reactivated the service.

But still no luck.

There is also no error getting traced.(Transaction- /IWFND/ERROR_LOG)
