system can not identify ESG for Cal.rule

Hi friends,

Table V_503_ALL is as follow:

It means that:

Employee subgroup grouping for personnel calculation rule: is 3 for Employee Group 1

Employee subgroup grouping for personnel calculation rule: is 1 for Employee Group 4

But when I use "3" and "1" instead of "*" in my PCRs, system can't identify "3" and doesn't do calculations!

I can't understand why

Hi Leila,

I think mentioned PCR is for time evaluation so in the time evaluation there dont have an concept regarding ESG for PCR. If you will click on the F1 on the Cal.rule field of the V_503_ALL table you will get the details that this ESG for PCR is only being used for payroll calculation.

If you would like to bifurcate the calculation on the EE group level in the time managment then you can use the operation OUTWPPERSG(Employee Group) & OUTWPPERSB (Employee Subgroup).

You're absolutely right, this PCR is for time evaluation!

I thought that table t503 is used for PT too.
