Variances not flowing to report

Dear Experts,

When we do Production Order settlement, COPA Document is getting generated and variance we can able to find in the KE24.

We are expecting the same in KE30 report, but we are unable to find these variances.

When we are missing....?

Record Type C values are not found in KE30 report but appears in KE24....

We have not created variance GL's as cost elements. Order settlement is working fine. PA document is getting generated.

How to bring Record Type C values to COPA Report

Regards,

Surya

Hi,

Check the assignment of cost element with record type for the variance in the report.

Hi,

As per my knowledge Variance GL should not be created as CE...

Values are appearing in KE24.

Only problem with the report.

Hi,

Have you created as a row for variances in the form of the report? If yes, then you have to define formula by selecting variances which are available.

Hi,

Closing the issue ...Got solution.

Initially we have restricted the values at sales item category level. In that case report shows no variances.

Now I have removed Item category as a characteristic itself.

Now report picking variances.

Surya
