SAP Screen Personas 3.0 transaction screen not cleared going back to Launchpad

Hi All,

I am in SAP Screen Personas 3.0 SP00 Ramp up version. Created a simple Launchpad flavour with 2-3 transactions like IW31, MM03, MMBE etc. When I click on the transaction buttons, it goes perfectly to those tcodes.

When I am clicking the back button to go back to the Launchpad, I am able to go back to the Launchpad screen, but the previous transaction entry screen is not refreshed.

I have the same behaviour in the WinGUI screen also.

Any ideas ?

Regards,
Rajan Murthy

Is this note installed?

Although the reference to the WinGUI screen having the same issue is confusing... are you saying that you get the same problem in the native SAP GUI too?

Hi Tamas,

I applied 2076084 - Ghost elements in SAP PERSONAS and it took care of the issue in WebGUI.

However as mentioned, the same problem still is present in the native SAPGUI (When I click on the Personas icon in the top and try running the same flavor (Screenshot attached)

Strange... I don't remember seeing this issue in the WinGUI only.

You wrote that you are still on the ramp-up software version. I'd suggest to install SP01 and bring the system to a fully up-to-date state according to the master note 2175479. If after that you still have the same problem, then log an OSS incident.

Hi Tamas,

A restart of the system sorted it out..Now I have the same behaviour in both WebGUI and WinGUI.

Noticing a different issue..

I have created a Sales launchpad flavor for SMEN and attached it to a user as "Default". Via the WebGUI, the user clicks on any transaction and returns back to the Launchpad.

However when he tries via the WinGUI, he comes back to the SMEN instead of the default Launchpad.

Any idea ?

I just tested this in a system that's on SP01 and is fully patched with all notes and it works as expected (i.e. the flavor set as 'default' for a user will also apply in the WinGUI). So my suggestion is still to get SP01 installed and implement all applicable notes, then try it again.
