user rights issues with dashboard

I created an account w/ full access. I was able to do this in my admin account, just not the one w/ full access.

Any clue?!.

I have attached what the error i am getting.

1)Try providing full control to the universe and the connection and also the web service( in the CMC ->application) to the user.

Now test the issue.

2)If this also fails then it could be that user has'nt got enough priveleges to the backend data.Say if using BW then role or if relational db then the user may not be authorised to view data.

But before hand I would recommend to try step 1.This will let us know if this is a rights issue w.r.r BO
