Excel 2013 crashes when Worksheet Generation in EPM Add-in is initiated!

Dear All,

The Excel(2013) is CRASHING when the user tried to generate worksheets for different cost centers using EPM Add-in Worksheet Generation option. For some reports, they are not able to generate worksheets. For some reports, it is working fine. The following are the system details.

BPC 10.0 NW on Oracle

OS: Windows 7 Enterprise

Excel: Excel 2013 (32 bit)

EPM Add-in: 10 SP 16 .NET 4.0

However, the Worksheet Generation is working fine for all the reports in Excel 2010.

Pls. help to fix the crash.

Hello Peri,

For Excel 2013 it is recommended to use the EPM Add-in SP20 or higher.

If you try this same process with the latest version of the EPM Add-in SP22 does this behavior still occur?
