Functional location tasklist operations(all) are not getting copied

Hi Experts,

I tried to look some old posts on this issue but couldn't able to find the solution.

We have functional location task list with 5 operations, and a maintenance plan with this task list assigned.

We are calling orders manually using IP10, via releasing the call. Now, when orders are getting generated they are showing only first 3 operations.

Any suggestions?

Call object for this maintenance plan category is maintenance or service order.

Please check whether this is a configurable task list.

If yes, note that only the valuated Operations are included and you need to provide valuation on the technical object classification level.

Yes, strategy is assigned, but NO package selected.

Actually this is just to call manually using IP10, so that all operation should appear in order.

Hi Deep,

Also check whether the operations which are not copied might have been added later.

As such sytem refere Key Date in Task List as valid date, if we add new operation afterward system will take into account.

This is not configurable task list.

And, yes task list is valid and first 3 operations are getting copied successfully, issue with operation 4 and 5.

Any other suggestions..

Have you assigned packages to operations 4 and 5?

If not, then they will never get copied to an order.

If you have assigned packages, then check the config settings to make sure they have valid values.

Hi Pete / Maria,

As of now, NO packages are selected (checked) for any operation.

But yes in change log I can see for first 3 operations some packages were maintained earlier and then deleted, and for remaining two operations no maintenance packages were maintained ever.

As said, now no packages have been maintained, and we are calling order manually in IP10; and only first 3 operations are getting copied; ideally no operation should be copied.

Please share more info about config.
