Dear Experts,
Is there any way to automate process chain monitoring? Currently we are manually monitoring. I knew that we can get mail alert in case process chain failures. But Is there any way to get automatic remedy ticket creation if process chain fails or running for more than expected time.
Thanks and Regards,
Prabakaran Gurusamy
Hi Prabakaran
I am not aware of your incident management system but it could be triggered by e-mails then you can put e-mail ID of example "Helpdesk" in the alert generated when process chain fails. This will send to helpdesk and you can have incident/ticket created.
For monitoring failure there are other options also, check the below link:
There are more you can cross-check in SCN. I hope it resolves your issue.
Regards
Rahul
