HUB Deployment for SRM UI ADD ON

Hi Guru's,

We are doing an hub deployment for SRM UI ADD ON and we could not launch the SRM UI. Can anybody please guide us how it has to be done and what should be steps to be followed. Please share any cook book and releavnt notes if you have.
