Add new field in va05

While creating the sales order t code Va01 i have entered your reference field in line item data path is double click on material go to the order data tab here we find out your reference  field. But when i am going to the  VA05 report this field is not available.wt ever the vales i maintained in your reference field the values are not copied.client requirement is they want to update your reference field values in Va05 report.please suggest  me

Hi Murali,

To implement new fields in transaction VA05 please see note 350068. This note is a consulting note which explains how to do this, using field customer material number as an example. If you want to add a different field, you have to adapt the note. Please don't forget to perform steps 1 and 2 before activating the user-exit.

field name is your refference (sales object)  means any price differences we have to enter here.
