Error while executing Gateway service

Hi,

When I am executing a gateway service in gateway client I am getting an information popup window saying HTTP Receive failed: NIECONN_REFUSED(-10). This error occurs in any HTTP Method GET/POST/PUT. I am not sure if this is related to some authorization issue .Can anyone help me with this.

does this happen for all services ?

does it work to access a service via the browser ? (you can start both the Gateway Client and the Browser from within transcation /IWFND/MAIN_SERVICE)

Yes Andre this is happening with all the existing services. I am using  /IWFND/MAIN_SERVICE to execute the services.

have you tested via SICF ?

Is any other http based communication (for example a bsp page or sapgui for html) also not working?

It was a basis issue, the URL generation was incorrect. After BASIS corrected the issue got resolved . Now I am able to execute all the services .
