Hi All,
I am trying to build a demo in SAP C4C service for ticket management.
The process is a ticket i.e. service request will be created by the agent and then I will add service products(Repair) and parts in the ticket.
The issue is the net price is not updating and there is no error also.
I have completed the below steps
1. Create a Org unit which has both service and sales function (eg. US sale and service)
2. Created service products and parts which are extended to the above org unit. (eg. repairs)
3. Created price list for the above product
4. Created customer which is also extended to the above org unit. (eg cust1)
5. Created a item processing code also which is getting determined correctly.
6. A ticket is created with this customer and the service org determined correctly. I add the product but no net price appears.
If I use the same combination in sales quotes then the price is getting determined.
Can anyone please let me know if I am missing any configuration.
Service ticket has got integration scenario for pricing separately- check the integration excel and the integration guide.
Best Regards,
Pragya

I have checked the scoping and none of integration with external system is selected.
In service request management and service and repairs there are no question on pricing.
In fine tuning I have checked the node "Tickets for Customer support" and there is no config for external pricing.
Can you please specify where can I find this config??
Hi, is there any news in this case. I am facing the same problem.

Dear Bartosz,
I've launched an idea on the idea place (Standalone pricing for Tickets : View Idea) but it hasn't been taken in consideration yet.
