Mystery application on trial HCP account

Hello,

I am trying to start an application (apui5) on my HCP trial account, and I am getting

⚠️ ERROR: The start operation on application p057284trial/apui5/web failed. Attempt to start [1] processes will exceed the maximum allowed number [1] of started applications for account [p057284trial]. You need to stop some application from this account first, since there are already [1] processes running.

Started applications in account p057284trial: , cats, apui5

fair enough, but the problem is - I don't see that 'cats' application 😕 either from cockpit or console client

neo status -application cats

gives

⚠️ ERROR: Problem when listing components in appliance p057284trial/cats : Missing application p057284trial/cats

neo stop -application cats

gives

[Wed Jul 08 23:08:40 PDT 2015] Stop request finished with error

⚠️ ERROR: com.sap.core.jpaasrepository.api.NameNotFoundException: JP Component [web] cannot be found in JP Appliance [cats] and JP Space [p057284trial]

So, how do I stop and clean up that cats application?

And once in a while I am getting emails saying:

[SAP HANA Cloud notification] Application stopped on hanatrial.ondemand.com

The following trial application was stopped: Application: cats Account: p057284trial Landscape: hanatrial.ondemand.com

    Hi Maksim,

maybe you can try the stop command not with application name argument but with application-process-id SAP HANA Cloud Platform

And the process id according to the logs for that cats app is 'f9bcc22eeaeebf9de5b2e1db87a426046d60b0e8'

Hopefully this will work out. Just an idea.

    Regards,

    Anton

    Hello,

In trial account Incase if it is a JAVA applications -->only one application can be active at the same time. Please stop old application and deploy the new application.Because it runs on VMs.Incase if you want multiple java application to be run on the same time VMs should be subscribed[cost involved].

But if it is a HTML5 based application-->More than one application can be active at the same time.
