Hello all. I could not find a Time Sheet section, so I'm asking here in the PS area.
We are using CATS to do effort confirmation in our PS network activities and it is working fine, except for one small detail. The entry screen contains one full week, but whenever someone tries to post in the same line, same activity, effort in two days which are in different months(ex: 27.11.2015 and 01.12.2015), the system creates a new line to separate the confirmations, one in each month.
Anyone knows why SAP does this? I can't figure why.
Thanks in advance.
Hi Alexandre,
The entry screen contains one full week, but whenever someone tries to post in the same line, same activity, effort in two days which are in different months(ex: 27.11.2015 and 01.12.2015), the system creates a new line to separate the confirmations, one in each month.
Does the new line means, you have one confirmation created for 27.11.2015 and another confirmation is created for 01.12.2015.
In CAT2 screen the lines will not be difference, but during confirmation it will be two lines.

Terence

Hello Alexandre,
Two lines mean that there is a difference between the two, for example in the sender or receiver account assignment. If you do not see any difference it might be in the hidden fields. For example, if you force the price from KP26 and it is a different price in different periods it can be the reason.
It is also something easy to check, you can display from the CAT2 menu the Detail view of the record and it will include fields that you do not see by default. So, you can compare both and find out what the difference is about.
Regards,
Paulo
