Or you can download SMP SDK from SAP support site. There is an Agentry Toolkit folder containing the Agentry.apk application. That is an empty container app needed to connect to some SMP server with an Agentry instance that has Work Manager deployed. When you start the Agentry client you will be asked for a user name and then a server. The Work Manager application logic will be then downloaded from the server.
Of course you need an OSS user with the necessary authorizations to get the SMP SDK
