<hostname>:<port>/dir/star/index.jsp not loading

Hi,

I'm using single stack and http://<hostname>:<port>/dir/star/index.jsp is not loading. It just displays web page is not available on any browser (IE, FireFox, Chrome). My co-workers can access it on their own computers.

Any thoughts on this?

It did have problems with the connection with our VLAN. Now it is fixed. Thanks for the help.

Hi Raye,

I think the issue is in typo for start in the url that you have mentioned, as suggested by Inaki.

You can use either of the below urls which take you to the PI landing page.

http://<hostname>:<port>/dir/start/index.jsp

          or

http://<hostname>:<port>/dir

Hi Raghu,

No, I cannot access anything related with the hostname:port.

I start to think that it has something to do with my LAN/VPN connection. Is it possible that they restrict access to sites that use IP?
